Booking & Deposit Policy
- All appointments require a non-refundable deposit of $20-$30 to secure your time slot
- Deposit is applied toward your total service cost
- Remaining balance is due at the time of your appointment
- Appointments are not confirmed until the deposit is received
- Walk-ins are not accepted — appointments only
- Please arrive on time. If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may be shortened or rescheduled
Cancellation & No-Show Policy
- A minimum of 24 hours notice is required to cancel or reschedule
- Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice will be charged a $5 cancellation fee
- No-shows will forfeit the deposit and may be required to pay a higher deposit for future bookings
- Repeated no-shows may result in being unable to book future appointments
- Emergencies are handled on a case-by-case basis — please communicate as early as possible
Press-On Nail Policy
- All press-on sales are final — no returns or exchanges
- Custom press-on orders require a non-refundable deposit before production begins
- Production time is typically 5-10 business days depending on design complexity
- Shipping times vary by location — tracking is provided once shipped
- If your press-on set arrives damaged due to shipping, contact me within 48 hours with photos for a resolution
- Press-on sizing is the client's responsibility — please measure carefully using the provided guide
Custom Order Policy
- Custom orders require a deposit to begin production
- Please provide clear reference photos and detailed descriptions of your desired design
- Final pricing is confirmed after reviewing your design request
- Design revisions may incur additional charges
- Production timelines are estimates and may vary based on workload and design complexity
- Rush orders may be available for an additional fee
Service & Aftercare
- I am not responsible for nail damage caused by improper aftercare, picking, or self-removal
- Please follow aftercare instructions provided to maximize the life of your set
- If a nail lifts or breaks within 3 days of your appointment due to a product issue, contact me for a complimentary repair
- Repairs outside of this window are available at regular pricing
Privacy Policy
- Your personal information (name, email, phone, photos) is collected solely for booking and order purposes
- I will never sell, share, or distribute your personal information to third parties
- Photos of your nail sets may be shared on social media (Instagram, TikTok) for portfolio purposes — please let me know if you prefer to opt out
- Payment information is processed securely and is never stored
